Flights and arrival in Shanghai
Flights should be booked to Shanghai Pudong Airport or Shanghai Hongqiao International airport for arrival on the 19th of May if you intend to take part in all Congress activities. Upon exit from the baggage claim look for the INBAR representatives who will be at the Airport with a sign, and who will direct you to a shuttle bus.

If you will not arrive in Shanghai on 19th May, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation between the airport and hotel. A one-way taxi fare from Pudong Airport to any of the recommended hotels will cost you between 150 to 200 Chinese Yuan (20-30 US dollars), and from Hongqiao airport around 80-100 yuan (10 to 12 US Dollars). Taxis are metered.
Remember to exchange money at the airport since taxi drivers only accept Chinese currency, and always carry the address of your hotel written in Chinese characters.
Visas
Once you have completed the online registration form and paid the registration fee we will send an official invitation letter to organize a Chinese Visa. Participants should apply for a Tourist Visa from their nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate. Please note that passports have to be valid for more than 6 months.
Social Activities
INBAR will organize several social activities during the Congress. These will include a tour of the Theme pavilion on the morning of the Honor Day (20th May), a Welcome Dinner at the Expo Centre that evening and a cocktail reception on the evening of 21st May at the Spanish Pavilion.

Where and when do I register in Shanghai?
Once you arrive in Shnghai, you will register at the Westin Bund Center. Registration commences the morning of 20th May, from 8:00-8:30am.

What does my registration fee cover?
The US$225 registration fee covers the Honor Day and Congress Activities on 20-22 May:
Honor Day (20th May):
• The Expo site entry pass for the full day
• Entrance to the Expo Centre from 2pm onwards
• A morning tour of the Theme pavilion
• An afternoon tour of the INBAR pavilion
• The Welcome Dinner at the Expo Centre
Congress (21-22 May)
• Full day attendance at the Westin Hotel for both days
• Lunch and coffee breaks/ snacks during the two days
• Evening entrance pass to the Expo and a tour and cocktail reception at the Spanish pavilion on the evening of the 21st (including transport to and from the Expo)
Please note that accommodation costs are NOT included in the registration fee.
What do I need to bring?
The weather in Shanghai during May can still be cool and wet, so please bring a rain jacket and light sweater for the evenings. Please make sure that you carry identification documents (your passport) with you in order to access the Expo site. Paper and pens will be provided.
